Our Care Ambassador Programme
Our Ambassador Carers are selected for their professional skills and work to lead the teams providing care. Their role is to act as a first point of contact, ensuring you are personally introduced to all new staff.
They also ensure all medications ordered in a timely manner, oversee and support newly trained staff with competencies in Moving & Handling and Medication following their training. They also provide spot checks, which can help to avoid hospital admission.
